Effective Date: Starting from the date on which the participant purchases the Course

Welcome to sqlteacher.com! By purchasing and accessing our online course ("the Course"), you agree to abide by the following Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before booking the course.

1. Acceptance of Terms By registering, purchasing, or accessing the Course, you agree to these Terms of Use and any additional terms presented at the time of purchase. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Course.

2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to purchase and access the Course. You must not be associated with Cornell University. For instance, current students at Cornell University (including but not limited to Bachelor, Master, and PhD students), participants who plan to study or work at Cornell University, participants who are applying or plan to apply for studies or work at Cornell University, and current staff members at Cornell University are not allowed to purchase or access the Course. By purchasing the Course, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. License to Access the Course Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and view the Course for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not grant you ownership of the Course content or any associated materials.

4. Payment Policy All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase unless a payment plan is explicitly offered in writing. Refunds are generally not granted.

5. Restrictions You agree not to:
   - Share, sell, rent, or distribute the Course materials to third parties.
   - Copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from the Course content without explicit written permission.
   - Use the Course for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes.

6. Intellectual Property All content, including videos, written materials, graphics, and logos, are the intellectual property of Immanuel Trummer or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

7. User Conduct You agree to use the Course in a manner that is respectful and compliant with all applicable laws and regulations. Any abusive, harassing, or inappropriate behavior may result in the termination of your access without a refund.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties The Course is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. The content, structure, and delivery of the Course may vary from the course description provided on this website. While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy and relevance of the course description, the provider does not guarantee that the course content, materials, teaching methods, or learning outcomes will align precisely with the description. We do not guarantee specific results from the Course.

9. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, the course provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Course.

11. Termination We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the Course at any time if you violate these Terms of Use.

12. Governing Law These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of New York (USA). Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the State of New York (USA).

13. Severability If any provision of this agreement is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable from the agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. The remaining terms and conditions shall remain in full force and effect, and the unenforceable provision shall be replaced by a legally enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision.
